David 07. 사랑에 빠진 나 08. 이별 앞으로 09. 사람의 홍수 속에서 10. 베스트 앨범은 사지 않아 (Album Ver.) 11. 아이보리 (Album Ver.) 가을방학의 정규 3집 [세 번째 계절] 1. 9월입니다. 이 무렵이면 떠오르는 이야기가 있습니다. 대학교 1학년 2학기가 시작되었을 때 선배가 해준 이야기입니다. “학교 안에서 여자를 사귀려면 이때쯤이 좋아. 1학기 때 연애를 시작한 애들 중 상당수가 방학 동안 헤어지고 솔로가 되어 돌아오거든. 끝난 지 얼마 안 돼서 옆구리는 허전하고 눈높이는 낮지. 어떻게 보면 봄보다 더 여자 꼬시기 좋은 계절이야.” 일리 있다고 생각하면서 고개를 끄덕였습니다. 그러고 보니 지난 학기에 쌍쌍이 붙어 다니던 아이들이 홀로 수업을 듣고 밥을 먹고 캠퍼스를 배회하는 모습이 눈에 띄었습니다. 세 번째 계절, 즉 가을에 그들은 혼자가 되어있었습니다. 2. 만남의 나이테를 세는 단위로 계절을 꼽는 것은 꽤 적절하지 않나 하는 생각을 해봅니다. 다들 몇백일이니 몇 년이니 하지만, 날(日)은 너무 촘촘한 망이고 해(年)는 너무 무딘 칼입니다. '여섯 계절째인 남자친구가 있어’. 실생활에서 이렇게 말하는 사람을 만나면 좀 떨어져 걷고 싶겠지만 글로 써놓고 보니 그럴싸해 보입니다. 무엇보다 사람의 마음이 계절을 타니까요. 소매와 낮과 밤의 길이가 바뀌는 파고를 몇 번이나 같이 넘을 수 있었는지. 사람 사이의 인연을 가늠하는데 썩 괜찮은 척도가 아닐까 싶기도 합니다. 3. 이번 앨범 타이틀에 꼭 ‘셋’이라는 숫자를 넣고 싶었습니다. 3집이란 것 말고도 ‘셋’이어야 하는 이유는 많았습니다. 세 사람이 만들었다(가을방학 두 사람과 프로듀서 이병훈), 삼각지에 있는 스튜디오에서 주로 녹음했다, 자켓 그림에도 세 가지 소재(바다/하늘/땅, 혹은 두 사람과 새 한 마리)가 담겨있다... 여러 가지 핑계를 댔지만, 사실은 무사히 세 번째 정규작이 나왔다는 것을 자랑하고 싶었던 것 같습니다. 음악하는 팀의 시간은 비선형적입니다. 그리고 그 비선형적인 타임라인 위에서 서로 다른 마음을 모아 세 번씩이나 결과물을 내는 일이 결코 쉽지 않다는 것을 저는 잘 알고 있습니다. 이 앨범은 제가 1996년 언니네 이발관 1집으로 데뷔한 이래 20년째 총 4개의 팀으로 음악을 해오면서 멤버 변동 없이 첫 번째로 내는 3집입니다. 지금부터는 가보지 않은 길입니다. 4. 음반은 기존의 가을방학 음악과 노선에서 크게 벗어나지 않는 내용물이라 생각합니다. 2010년에 1집 음반을 소개하면서 저희는 "계피의 음색, 그리고 그 목소리가 전달하는 노랫말의 내러티브를 살리는 것”이라고 했습니다. 이 생각은 5년이 지난 지금까지도 저희가 곡을 만들고, 추리고, 다듬고, 최종적으로 형틀에 넣어 굳히는 과정 전반에 걸쳐 일관되게 가진 원칙이라도 해도 좋을 것 같습니다. 또 하나 염두에 둔 것은 균형입니다. "익숙하고 잘할 수 있는 것, 그리고 잘할 수 있을지는 모르지만 흥미를 느끼고 시도해보고 싶은 것 사이의 균형”. 이 문구는 2집 소개 글에서 그대로 가져왔습니다. 예전에 했던 이야기들을 뒤집지 않으면서 나이 들어가는 것이 저희의 또 한 가지 자랑입니다. 5. 대학 1학년의 가을, 저는 여자친구가 생기지 않았습니다. 선배에게도 생기지 않았습니다. 그리고 그것은 ‘막 헤어진 여자들은 외로움을 타거나 눈높이가 낮다'는 탁상공론에 대한 우스꽝스러운 반례이자 제 미숙함에 대한 쓸쓸한 반증이었습니다. 어설펐던 시절 제가 간과했던 것들이 이제는 조금씩 보입니다. 이를테면 세 번째 계절에 혼자인 사람이 기대하는 것은, 적어도 '첫 번째 계절을 같이 보낼 사람' 이상의 무언가일 거란 사실입니다. 약속? 안정? 기본? 그 무언가를 정확히 표현할 단어는 못 찾겠지만, 그것이 적어도 꽤 여러 줄의 나이테를 갖고 있음은 분명합니다. 이 앨범을 듣는 분들이 그 무언가를 느끼실 수 있다면 좋겠습니다. 결성 6년째에 들려드리는, 가을방학의 시즌 3입니다. |

- you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) OR - the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay OR - the ordered item is out of stock.
We accept return(s) if :- you receive a product different from your order OR - you receive a defective product.
[ Return Instructions ] ① Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return. ② A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone. ③ Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID. Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff.
