[Butterfly Remix] 아름다움을 가장한 도시’의 ‘탐험가!’ 서태지컴퍼니 괴수인디진 밴드 피아 스페셜 EP [Urban Explorer] 발매 전곡 작사, 작곡, 믹싱, 프로듀싱까지 피아가 직접 담당! 서태지 Sound Supervisor이자 Executive Producer로 참여! 한층 세련되고 감각적인 세계적인 사운드의 진수를 보여주다!! 서태지컴퍼니의 간판 밴드 피아가 대한민국 락씬에 활력을 불어넣어준 수작으로 평가 받고 있는 4집 음반 [Waterfalls] 이후 1년 만인 7월 17일 신곡들과 리메이크 리믹스곡들이 포함된 스페셜 EP [Urban Explorer]로 돌아왔다. 요한(보컬), 헐랭(기타), 기범(베이스), 혜승(드럼), 심지(FX, 피아노)로 구성된 밴드 피아는 지금까지와 마찬가지로 이번 앨범에서도 전곡의 작사∙작곡은 물론 레코딩, 믹싱, 프로듀싱까지 멤버들이 직접 담당한 것은 물론 심지가 믹싱 엔지니어로 참여했다. 이로써 사운드적으로 기존의 락 밴드에서 찾을 수 없는 파격적인 악기 구성과 신스계열의 음원을 사용하여 세련되고 완성도 높은 피아만의 음반을 탄생시키면서 들었을 때 부담감을 느끼지 않고 보다 편안함으로 다가올 음반이라고 볼 수 있다. 기존의 락 밴드의 음악이 기타와 베이스 리듬 위주였다면, 이번 피아의 음악은 보다 전자음악에 가깝고 댄서블해진 것이 특징으로, 기존의 피아 음악에 가까운 곡들과 리믹스곡들 또한 포함되어 있어 피아가 선사하는 종합선물세트라고 봐도 될 것이다. 또한 서태지가 기존의 피아의 음반에 Executive Producer로 참여하여 음악적 조언을 해주었다면, 이번 앨범에서는 서태지가 본인의 음반 외에 최초로 Sound Supervisor로 참여해 화제가 되고 있다. 피아, 사회와 개인의 모순투성이인 이 도시의 탐험가가 되고 싶어하다! 사회적 혹은 사람간의 모순에 힘들어하는 부정적이고 슬픈 아픔을 노래하다! 앨범의 타이틀곡으로 이 모순투성이 도시의 탐험가이고자 하는 ‘URBAN EXPLORER’는 다분히 사회비판적인 곡으로 본 앨범의 성격을 잘 나타내주고 있으며, ‘GO! JUST GO!’를 통해서는 상상 속과는 달리 현실에서는 더 이상 내가 아닌 기계일 뿐이라고 느끼는 주인공의 안타까운 마음을 엿볼 수 있다. 지금 이 사회의 괴현상과 더불어 사람에 관해 이야기하고 있는 ‘SAVE US’는 신나고 재미있는 연주와 반대되는 아주 락적인 곡으로 더 이상 변하지 않는 이 세상에 대하여 ‘SAVE US’라고 역설적으로 표현하고 있다. ‘MISCONSTRUED’는 대화의 부재, 서로간의 오해로 인해 멀어진 사람들에 대한 이야기를 담고 있다. 이미 머릿속에서 정해버린 오해는 아무리 해명해도 사실이 되어버렸으므로 그 관계는 그렇게 끝이 나 버린 것임을 확인시켜주고 있는 이 곡은 그래서 냉소적인 유머와 비웃음으로 가득하다. 이 외에도 이번 음반에서 신곡들 외에 기존 앨범의 리메이크와 리믹스곡들 또한 만날 수 있는데, 그 중 3집 수록곡이었던 ‘Still Going Down’의 리메이크 곡인 ‘SILVER’는 제목과 가사, 멜로디가 전부 바뀌고 전반적인 느낌이 더욱 멜로해졌다. 이 외에도 몽환적인 분위기 속에서 이별의 아픔을 한층 슬프게 노래하고 있는 ‘the oracle [Swan remix], 4집 타이틀곡인 ‘Black Fish Swim’을 리믹스 한 ‘B.F.S [BUTTerFLY reMix]’까지 기존의 피아 스타일과 새롭게 변화된 모든 것이 담겨 있는 음악을 통해 피아에 대한 신선한 충격과 함께 대한민국 락 씬에 다시금 기대를 걸어볼 수 있을 것이다. |

- you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) OR - the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay OR - the ordered item is out of stock.
We accept return(s) if :- you receive a product different from your order OR - you receive a defective product.
[ Return Instructions ] ① Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return. ② A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone. ③ Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID. Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted. Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company.
