Into The Breeze 5년 만에 발매되는 한국 재즈의 역사. 재즈밴드 Wave의 다섯 번째 이야기 1998년, 리더인 색소포니스트 김용수를 주축으로 결성된, 이 시대 최고의 퓨전 밴드 ‘Wave(웨이브)’가 5집을 발표한다. 전작들의 멤버들에서 많은 변화가 있었지만, 웨이브 특유의 그루브와 신선함으로 새로운 멤버들의 감수성을 잘 표현하고 있다. 이번 5집의 특징은 전작들의 퓨전 재즈적인 요소들은 물론이고, 깊이가 담겨있는 작곡과 편곡들의 신선함에 있다. 이전까지 매우 정교하고 그루브감을 나타내려는 시도로 일관한 웨이브의 사운드가 이번 5집에서는 더 자유롭고, 심지어 ‘루즈’한 늘어짐과 그루브의 매력적인 조화를 잘 드러내고 있다. 좀 더 재즈적인 요소들을 시도하는가 하면, 웨이브의 특기들을 접어두고 새로운 사운드와 음악적 페이소스를 시도하여, 듣는 이의 귀를 더 감칠맛 나게 요리한다고 할 수 있겠다. 이미 많은 국내 및 해외 재즈페스티벌 공연에 초청되어 멋진 공연을 펼친 바 있는 웨이브의 경륜이 고스란히 이 새 앨범에 담겨 있다고 여겨진다. 특히, 곡의 대부분을 멤버 전원의 아이디어와 편곡 참여로, 매우 다양하고, 잘 짜인 틀을 보여주고 있고, 한국 재즈의 가능성과 다양한 주제를 음악적으로 시도 했다는 것이 큰 특징이다. 모든 제작을 밴드 스스로가 참여하여 음악을 지켜내려는 시도를 통해 완성된 이번 새 앨범 [Refresh And Renew] 에는 경쾌함과 유쾌함을 선사하는 곡 ‘Fly High’ 를 비롯하여, 서정적인 곡으로 멜로디가 귀에 감기는 ‘The Days’ 와 ‘Love Again’, 기타, 피아노, 소프라노 색서폰으로 만들어진 ‘Intro The Breeze’, 초기 그루브 퓨전 재즈곡을 연상시키는 ‘In Funk, Noru!’ 등이 수록되어 있다. |

- you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) OR - the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay OR - the ordered item is out of stock.
We accept return(s) if :- you receive a product different from your order OR - you receive a defective product.
[ Return Instructions ] ① Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return. ② A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone. ③ Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
