'나의 노래는 그대에게 가는 길입니다'

1집 '부족한 사랑'을 통해 대중들에게 다가갔지만 더 많은 사람들에게 들려줄 기회조차도 쉽지 않았음을 느끼면서 홍보를 위해 더욱 체계적인 계획과 움직임으로 다시 한번 '방송'이라는 멋진 무대에 도전을 꾀하고 있다.
실력 있는 가수와 뮤지션들만이 살아남을 수 있는 요즘!! 가슴으로 노래하는 그녀의 라이브 무대를 기대해도 좋겠다.

아직도 포크음악은 70년대이다.
대중들은 익숙한 그 시대 음악만을 기억하고 가수들 역시 그때의 사랑받았던 노래들을 주로 무대에서 선 보인다.
그렇게 보낸 시간들은 결국 포크음악을 '추억'이라는 테두리안에 가둬버리고 말았다. 하지만 간간히 새로운 음원을 가지고 활동하는 선배님들을 보면서 그녀는 적잖게 희망을 품어낼 수 있었다고 한다. 포크음악을 사랑하고 지키려는 그녀의 의지를 표현해도 좋을 무대를 이끌어주시는 분들이 있기에 말이다. 그녀는 한대수, 양희은, 박인희, 이연실등 역대 포크음악의 중심이었던 뮤지션들을 좋아하고, 또한 Carole King, JOan Baez, Janis Ian, Joni MIchell같은 외국의 아티스트들의 영향을 많이도 받았다고 한다.

요즘 쏟아져 나오는 음반들 속에서 박강수의 음악은 아직 가느다란 숨소리로 생명력을 유지하는 것 같지만 나름대로의 진한 색깔이 있기에 쉬 꺼지지 않을 불꽃으로 피어나고 있음을 두 번째 음반으로 확인할 수 있겠다.
이제 포크음악에의 열정으로 대를 이어갈 신인가수도 박강수를 기억하자. 그리고 그 새로운 시도에 많은 사랑과 응원을 아까지 말자.
