The Products was supposed to arrive faster but I understand the days before Christmas are chaotic, so it's ok. I wanna complain cause my One More Time album, came without the photocards of Shindong and Leeteuk. I received the blank cards, but the photos and greetings were not printed, which is quite disappointing. I don't know where to complain about this failure, i know is not MusicKorea's fault. The other 3 albums came in perfect conditions and I love them <3 The order number is: 20181212_JE3_0001566
